Saunagus
at SaunaNor

Saunagus is a guided sensory journey combining traditional sauna with aromatherapy and breathing exercises. The session is led by a certified gusmaster who provides a safe and relaxing atmosphere. The central element of saunagus is the gusmaster pouring water and essential oils over hot stones, creating a steam that fills the sauna with herbal fragrances.
The gusmaster spreads the steam throughout the sauna using a fan, intensifying the sensory experience. A Saunagus session lasts 75 minutes, divided into 3 rounds of 12 minutes each. Between rounds, there are breaks where you can cool off with a bath in the harbour. The contrast between the intense heat and cold water leaves you with a deep sense of calm.
