When you contact us, we process your personal information to respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about our services. We only collect the necessary information, such as your name, email, and phone number, which you voluntarily provide during the dialogue. We process your data based on our legitimate interest, as stated in Article 6, Section 1, Point F of the GDPR. We store your information until it becomes clear whether or not you wish to use our services. In some cases, we may need to retain your information for a longer period if it is necessary for our administration.
Customer Information
To deliver our services and ensure proper administration, we process customer data such as name, address, details of the services purchased, any agreements, and payment information. This processing is based on our contractual obligations, as per Article 6, Section 1, Point B of the GDPR. Once our services have been delivered, and any outstanding issues are resolved, we ensure to delete your information unless there are legal requirements for retention.
Accounting
We store accounting materials, such as invoices and receipts, in compliance with the requirements of the Danish Accounting Act. These documents may contain personal information such as name, address, and a description of the service provided. Our legal basis for processing this information for accounting purposes is Article 6, Section 1, Point C of the GDPR. Accounting documents are stored for at least 5 years after the end of the fiscal year they pertain to.
Data Processors and Third Parties
We use external suppliers to assist with various tasks such as IT hosting, marketing, and booking management. Some of these suppliers act as data processors on our behalf.
Booking System
We use YOGO Booking to manage our booking system. It is our responsibility to ensure that your information is processed securely, and we impose strict requirements on our partners to ensure that your data is in safe hands. We enter into data processing agreements with the suppliers who handle your information on our behalf to ensure they comply with all applicable data protection regulations.
Sharing of Personal Data
We do not share your data with third parties unless it is necessary to fulfill legal requirements or related to our services, and you have been informed accordingly.
